• Sales experience – it’s not just a product, it’s a way of life, it’s a dream come true, it’s being part of your customers journey
• Potential growth attributes - such as leadership skills / conflict resolution / forward thinking ideas
• Experience with used vehicles, including trade-in evaluations, canvassing, deal closing skills etc.
• Handles a PC like a pro, strong admin capabilities allowing for a seamless sales process
• Honest, dedicated, approachable, open to self-development and keen to continuously improve your skill set
• Valid SA driver’s license
• Professional Language ability in a business environment
• Great at reading the customer with a knack for persuasion and deal closing techniques
